Pet Hotel
When booking your stay, you’ll be prompted to choose a check-in and check-out time. We base our stays on a 24-hour period (i.e., 8:00 AM to 8:00 AM EST). If you choose to check out later, we do offer a late check-out option, but please note that a fee of $10 per hour will accrue until pick up. This allows a suite to become available again for potential new guests and guests who would like a particular “themed suite.”

Food Requirements:
- We ask that any food brought, be labeled and bagged individually per feeding.
- If you feed wet food, you can bring the number of cans necessary.
- ONLY MONTHLY OR LONGER STAY PATRONS MAY BRING LARGE BAGS OF FOOD.
- There is an additional $10 fee to manually proportion large bags of food during your pet’s stay otherwise.
What to Bring:
Please bring minimal personal items as we are not liable for any lost or destroyed items.

- We will provide meals for $2 per day if requested. If there are any medications that need to be given, please make sure there are clear instructions on the bottle and explained upon check-in.
- We do not administer any medication that cannot be simply added to food, wrapped, or hidden in a pill pocket, lunch meat, cheese, etc. There is a medication charge of $5 per day at check out.
- WE DO NOT PROVIDE SERVICES FOR PETS THAT REQUIRE INJECTABLE OR SUPPOSITORY MEDICATIONS.
We do require a deposit upon booking your pet’s stay at the Bed and Biscuit. Upon check-in, we require payment in full for your pet’s stay. If you must cancel, you will lose your deposit if not cancelled 48 hours in advance. Please note that if you do not arrive within the hour of your scheduled check-in time, you will lose your deposit and your suite will be released to another client.
To ensure the safety of all our guests and our staff, your dog/cat’s vaccination records need to be up to date and uploaded into your pet’s PetExec account, as well as emailed to [email protected]. If we do not receive your pet’s current & updated vaccination records by check in, we will have to cancel your reservation and you will lose your deposit. Please make sure that your pet is on regular flea prevention.
Please note, although we do our best to accommodate the needs all of our guests, Brevard Bed and Biscuit does reserve the right to refuse service if we feel your pet is not conducive to our facilities. Brevard Bed & Biscuit (BB&B) is not equipped to accept aggressive pets. At intake, if BB&B staff evaluates your pet to be aggressive, they reserve the right to decline the stay.
