Indemnity, Release & Waiver
Brevard Bed & Biscuit is a Pet Hotel. Although we are a 24-hour facility, reservation times must be observed in order to accommodate all of our guests. Days are calculated based on 24 hours, so if your reservation begins at 10 a.m. you have until 10 a.m. on the date of check out to pick up your pet(s). If you do not check in within one hour of your reserved time, your room will be released, and you forfeit your deposit (The deposit is one night’s stay). If you do not check out within one hour of your check out time, a late fee of $10 per hour will be assessed. Any reservation cancelled less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
